You won't be promoting Solana Funded to end customers — instead, you'll find, recruit, and onboard new affiliates into the platform. Your earnings are directly tied to the success of the affiliates you bring in.

You'll own task management, platform coordination, payout infrastructure, vendor management, legal coordination, reporting, and documentation — ensuring every system and every person is running like clockwork.

We need a leader who can translate the founder's vision into execution across every department. You'll manage cross-functional teams, drive multi-phase projects, hire and onboard new team members, run meeting cadences, handle escalations, and represent Solana Funded publicly on stages and community calls.

We need a specialist who can find and recruit exceptional talent directly from LinkedIn — with a focus on poaching from failing or shutting-down startups in the Solana, crypto, DeFi, and prop trading space. When competitors lay off their best people, you get them before anyone else does.

We’re looking for experienced Discord and community moderators to be the front line of the Solana Funded community. You’ll manage our Discord server, Telegram groups, and social channels — keeping the community engaged, informed, and free of spam while building a culture that traders actually want to be part of.

We’re hiring Live Chat Support Specialists to handle real-time customer support through our Intercom live chat widget. You’ll be the first point of contact for traders who have questions about their accounts, challenges, payouts, platform issues, and everything in between.

We’re building out the Solana Funded creative team and we need a motion graphic designer who can bring our brand to life through animation, video content, and dynamic visual assets. You’ll be responsible for producing scroll-stopping motion content across social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and community events.

We’re hiring a static graphic designer to join the Solana Funded creative team and own the visual output across every touchpoint — social posts, marketing assets, pitch decks, internal documents, branded templates, infographics, and everything in between. You are the person who makes Solana Funded look premium, consistent, and unmistakably ours.

We’re hiring a Clipping Campaign Manager to own and execute Solana Funded’s entire short-form content clipping operation across X, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. This is not an editing role — this is a campaign management role. You will strategise content, source and manage creators, oversee recording sessions, direct editing, manage publishing cadence, and optimise performance across platforms.
