About This Role

We're looking for an operational powerhouse to run the day-to-day machine at Solana Funded. You'll own task management, platform coordination, payout infrastructure, vendor management, legal coordination, reporting, and documentation — ensuring every system and every person is running like clockwork.

This isn't a back-office role. You'll work directly with the founder, coordinate with developers, manage external vendors, and build the operational foundation that everything else runs on. If you love creating order from chaos and shipping consistently — this is your role.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the ClickUp task board — assign subtasks, enforce deadlines, clear blockers
Coordinate with the development team on platform builds, bug fixes, QA testing, and feature rollouts
Set up and manage affiliate and manager payout infrastructure (crypto, bank, PayPal)
Work with legal on affiliate terms & conditions, contractor agreements, and FZCO compliance
Manage external vendors — merch suppliers, design contractors, email providers, SaaS tools
Build weekly and monthly reporting dashboards tracking affiliate, revenue, and community KPIs
Create and maintain SOPs, onboarding guides, process docs, and internal wikis
Spearhead and manage your own operations team as we scale

Requirements

Fluent in English — written and verbal (non-negotiable)
2+ years in operations, project management, or COO-type roles at a startup
Deep understanding of crypto, DeFi, and ideally the Solana ecosystem
Proficient with ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar project management tools
Self-starter who executes without micromanagement
Comfortable speaking on Discord stages, AMAs, and community calls when needed
Willing to deeply learn Solana Funded's products, community, and vision within your first 2 weeks
Available during UAE business hours (some overlap required)

Nice to Have

Previous experience in prop trading or funded account platforms
Experience managing payout operations in crypto
Based in Dubai or willing to travel for quarterly meetups
