Affiliate Manager

About This Role

We're hiring Affiliate Managers to be the recruitment engine of Solana Funded\u0027s affiliate program. You won't be promoting Solana Funded to end customers — instead, you'll find, recruit, and onboard new affiliates into the platform. Your earnings are directly tied to the success of the affiliates you bring in.

This is a performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential. The more high-quality affiliates you recruit (and the more they generate), the more you earn. If you know the crypto community, have a strong network, and love connecting people with opportunities — this role prints money.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and recruit new affiliates into the Solana Funded affiliate program
• Use your unique Manager Recruitment Link to track and onboard new affiliates
• Support recruited affiliates through their first sale (qualification) to unlock your bounty
• Build relationships within crypto Twitter, Telegram groups, Discord servers, and trading communities
• Share onboarding materials and help new affiliates understand how to promote effectively
• Track your recruitment pipeline and report on activation and qualification rates
• Optionally recruit sub-managers who recruit affiliates under you (multi-level bounty structure)

Requirements

• Fluent in English — written and verbal (non-negotiable)
• Active presence in crypto, DeFi, or trading communities (Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord)
• Experience in recruitment, sales, community building, or affiliate marketing
• Strong DM and outreach skills — comfortable approaching strangers and pitching
• Understanding of how affiliate and referral programs work
• Willing to deeply learn Solana Funded\u0027s products and value proposition
• Self-motivated — this is a performance role, not a clock-in role

Nice to Have

• Existing network of crypto influencers, traders, or content creators
• Previous experience as an affiliate manager or managing affiliate networks
• Experience with prop firms or funded account platforms
• Ability to create content (posts, threads, videos) to attract affiliates
