Clipping Campaign Manager

About This Role

We’re hiring a Clipping Campaign Manager to own and execute Solana Funded’s entire short-form content clipping operation across X, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. This is not an editing role — this is a campaign management role. You will strategise content, source and manage creators, oversee recording sessions, direct editing, manage publishing cadence, and optimise performance across platforms.

We already have a fully developed content strategy with 10 confirmed clipping concepts ready to execute — from streamer reaction clips and live payout walkthroughs to challenge competitions and prop firm comparisons. We need someone who can take this strategy and run the entire pipeline end-to-end, from creator sourcing to published clip to performance reporting.

We’re specifically looking for someone who has managed clipping campaigns in the crypto, prop firm, or trading space. You need to understand the content that performs in crypto — the hooks that stop the scroll, the editing styles that retain viewers, the CTAs that convert. If you’ve run clipping operations for a trading brand, prop firm, or crypto project and can show results, you’re exactly who we need.

This is a fast-moving, high-output role. Crypto content is reactive — when a market event happens, we need clips out within hours, not days. You’ll be working with the founding team directly and have full creative ownership of Solana Funded’s short-form content presence.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Solana Funded clipping campaign strategy across X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, and TikTok — full end-to-end pipeline management
• Source, vet, and onboard content creators and streamers for recording sessions — find the right faces and voices that resonate with the crypto/trading audience
• Manage and direct recording sessions — ensure creators capture genuine, clippable moments (reactions, big wins, live payouts, challenge attempts)
• Oversee all editing and post-production — direct editors on pacing, style, captions, hooks, and brand consistency. You are responsible for the quality of every clip published
• Manage the publishing cadence — schedule and post clips at optimal times across all platforms, maintain a content calendar, and ensure consistent output volume
• Develop and refine hooks and opening frames that stop the scroll — the first 0.5 seconds of every clip must grab attention
• Coordinate CTAs across all clips to drive website traffic, X follower growth, Discord community growth, and sign-ups
• Track performance metrics per clip (views, retention, click-throughs, engagement) and optimise future content based on data
• Manage creator relationships — negotiate rates, set expectations, maintain quality standards, and build a reliable roster of creators
• Stay current with platform algorithm changes, trending formats, viral audio, and editing styles across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X
• Coordinate with the design team on branded overlays, end screens, and visual assets for clips
• Report weekly to the founding team on clip performance, creator pipeline, and campaign optimisation insights

Requirements

• Proven track record managing clipping campaigns — you must be able to show clips you’ve managed, their performance, and the strategy behind them
• Previous experience in the crypto, DeFi, prop firm, or trading content space — you understand what content converts in this audience
• Experience sourcing, vetting, and managing content creators or streamers — this is a people management role as much as a content role
• Strong understanding of short-form video editing styles — fast cuts, zooms, caption overlays, trending audio, reaction-style content, and hook structures
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X video — you know what performs on each platform and why the strategies differ
• Understanding of crypto culture, Solana ecosystem, memecoins, and prop firm/funded trading — you need to speak the language of our audience
• Data-driven mindset — you track metrics, identify what works, kill what doesn’t, and iterate. Not just vibes
• Strong project management skills — you’ll be coordinating creators, editors, and publishing schedules simultaneously
• Fluent in English — written and verbal, for creator briefs, script outlines, and team communication (non-negotiable)
• Self-directed and autonomous — you own the pipeline. You don’t wait to be told what to post next
• Available for flexible hours — crypto content is reactive and market-driven. When something goes viral, we clip it fast

Nice to Have

• Experience managing clipping campaigns specifically for prop firms or funded trading platforms (FTMO, MyForexFunds, TopStep, or similar)
• Existing network of crypto content creators, streamers, or clipping channels you can activate immediately
• Personal editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve — not required, but useful for directing editors and QA
• Experience with creator payment and contract management — negotiating rates, managing deliverables, handling disputes
• Experience running multi-platform campaigns with coordinated CTAs (bio links, pin comments, Discord invites, comment engagement)
• Dubai-based or available for overlap with UAE business hours for async coordination
• personal presence in crypto/trading content — you understand the space because you’re in it, not just observing it
• with analytics tools for short-form content (TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, Sprout Social, or similar)

• Streamer Big Win Reactions — live trading sessions where genuine reactions to massive P&L wins are captured and clipped with heavy editing (zooms, slow-mo, bass drops)
• Wheelspin 100K Funding Wins — capturing the moment a streamer hits a 100K funded account on the daily wheelspin, followed by them trading and getting paid out
• Live Payout Walkthroughs — full payout process filmed on camera from request to funds arriving in wallet, with timestamps for proof of speed
• Trader Day-in-the-Life (Dubai) — aspirational lifestyle content weaving the Solana Funded platform into a Dubai-based trader’s daily routine
• Challenge Competitions — head-to-head trading races, 24-hour challenges, and “giving a random person $100K to trade” formats
• Prop Firm Comparisons — testing multiple prop firms and positioning Solana Funded as the one that actually pays out
• Speedrun Walkthroughs — ultra-fast demos showing how quickly someone can go from zero to funded and trading
