Static Graphic Designer

About This Role

We’re hiring a static graphic designer to join the Solana Funded creative team and own the visual output across every touchpoint — social posts, marketing assets, pitch decks, internal documents, branded templates, infographics, and everything in between. You are the person who makes Solana Funded look premium, consistent, and unmistakably ours.

This is a high-output role. On any given day you might be designing a Twitter announcement graphic, a comparison infographic for the affiliate team, a set of Instagram stories for a promotion, and a one-pager for a partnership pitch. You need to be fast without sacrificing quality, and every single piece needs to feel like it came from the same brand.

We’re looking for designers who have worked with crypto projects, prop firms, or fintech brands. The crypto space has a distinct visual language — dark interfaces, bold typography, neon accents, data-rich layouts, and a premium, almost editorial feel. If your portfolio already speaks this language, you’re ahead of the pack. If you’ve designed assets for a prop firm or funded trading platform specifically, we want to talk to you immediately.

This role requires flexible hours and availability for on-call work. Crypto doesn’t operate 9-to-5, and neither does our content schedule. When something needs to go out, it needs to go out — and it needs to look flawless.

Responsibilities

• Design static graphics for all social media channels (Twitter/X, Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn) — posts, stories, banners, headers, and profile assets
• Create marketing collateral — pitch decks, one-pagers, comparison graphics, feature highlight cards, and campaign assets
• Design branded templates that the wider team can use for recurring content (weekly updates, performance stats, leaderboards, announcements)
• Produce infographics, data visualisations, and educational graphics that explain trading concepts, challenge structures, and platform features
• Design assets for the affiliate program — recruitment graphics, tier progression visuals, earnings breakdowns, and content kits for affiliate managers
• Maintain and evolve the Solana Funded brand identity — ensure every visual output is consistent in colour, typography, spacing, and overall feel
• Create assets for community events — Discord banners, event announcements, giveaway graphics, AMA cards, and leaderboard visuals
• Design email and notification templates for platform communications
• Collaborate with the motion designer to create static concepts that will later be animated
• Be available for on-call, time-sensitive requests — rapid-turnaround assets for market events, product updates, and reactive content
• Organise and maintain a design asset library (Figma, Google Drive, or similar) so the team can access approved templates, icons, and brand elements

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating static graphic design for digital and social media — this is the most important part of your application
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator — Figma is our primary design tool
• Previous experience designing for crypto, DeFi, trading, prop firm, or fintech brands — you understand the dark-theme, data-rich, premium aesthetic of this space
• Exceptional eye for brand consistency — you can take a brand guide and execute flawlessly across dozens of different asset types without the quality drifting
• Strong typography skills — you know how to use type hierarchy, weight, and spacing to create clear, impactful layouts
• Fluent in English — written communication for briefs, feedback, and async collaboration (non-negotiable)
• Flexible working hours with availability for on-call requests — some days are planned, some days are reactive
• Fast turnaround capability — you can produce polished social graphics within 1–2 hours when needed
• Organised and systematic — you name files properly, keep layers clean, and maintain a library other people can actually use
• Self-directed — you don’t need hand-holding on every asset. Given a brief and brand guidelines, you deliver

Nice to Have

• Experience designing specifically for prop firms or funded trading platforms (FTMO, MyForexFunds, The5ers, TopStep, or similar)
• UI/UX design skills — ability to contribute to platform interface design, landing pages, or dashboard visuals
• Presentation design skills — experience creating high-quality pitch decks and investor materials
• Basic motion/animation skills in After Effects or Figma — enough to add subtle animations to static concepts
• Experience creating design systems and component libraries in Figma
• Illustration skills — custom icons, illustrations, or character design that could differentiate the brand
• Active in the crypto/trading space yourself — you understand what looks good in a Telegram channel or a CT timeline
• Experience working in a startup environment with fast iteration cycles and evolving brand direction
