Growth & Affiliate Lead

About This Role

We need someone to build and run the entire Solana Funded affiliate and micro-influencer ecosystem — from zero to hundreds of active affiliates generating revenue. You'll recruit affiliates, hire and manage affiliate managers, build the private community, create content and marketing assets, host events and AMAs, and design engagement programs that keep affiliates obsessed.

This role is for someone who can both strategise and execute. You'll be on the ground doing outreach, on stage hosting AMAs, and in spreadsheets tracking activation rates — all in the same week.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the affiliate recruitment pipeline — prospect, outreach, and onboard at scale
• Hire and train Affiliate Outreach Specialists and Account Managers
• Set up and run the private affiliate Telegram and Discord communities
• Create brand asset libraries, swipe copy, content calendars, and onboarding materials
• Plan and host AMAs, weekly voice chats, virtual masterclasses, and in-person meetups
• Design gamification systems — challenges, leaderboards, badges, and competitions
• Implement surprise & delight programs to keep affiliates engaged and loyal
• Monitor affiliate activation rates, qualification rates, revenue attribution, and optimise relentlessly

Requirements

• Fluent in English — written and verbal (non-negotiable)
• Experience building or managing affiliate, ambassador, or referral programs
• Deep understanding of crypto, DeFi, and the Solana ecosystem
• Comfortable speaking publicly — Discord AMAs, Twitter/X Spaces, community calls, virtual events
• Strong community management skills — you can build a space people never want to leave
• Content creation ability — can produce marketing materials, scripts, and social copy
• Willing to deeply learn every aspect of Solana Funded within your first 2 weeks
• Self-starter who can hire, train, and manage their own team

Nice to Have

• Existing network in crypto Twitter, Telegram, or Discord communities
• Previous experience at a prop firm or funded account platform
• Design skills (Canva, Figma) for creating marketing assets
• Experience hosting Twitter Spaces or crypto podcasts
