About This Role
We need a specialist who can find and recruit exceptional talent directly from LinkedIn — with a focus on poaching from failing or shutting-down startups in the Solana, crypto, DeFi, and prop trading space. When competitors lay off their best people, you get them before anyone else does.
This role requires deep LinkedIn expertise, crypto industry knowledge, and relentless persistence. You'll build talent pipelines, run outreach campaigns, and feed a constant stream of high-quality candidates into our hiring funnel.
Responsibilities
- Locate and monitor startups in Solana, crypto, DeFi, and prop trading for signs of failure or layoffs
- Identify and recruit top talent from failing competitors before anyone else
- Build and manage structured candidate pipelines with status tracking and follow-ups
- Run targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns for developers, community managers, growth leads, and ops roles
- Monitor the competitive landscape — who's hiring, firing, pivoting — and report insights to leadership
- Maintain proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator
- Track conversion metrics and optimise outreach for higher response rates
Requirements
- Fluent in English — written and verbal (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Sales Navigator
- Understanding of crypto, Web3, and DeFi roles, titles, and compensation benchmarks
- Experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition
- Strong written communication — your outreach messages need to convert
- Willing to deeply learn Solana Funded's needs and culture to identify the right fits
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Previous experience recruiting for crypto or Web3 companies
- Existing database of crypto industry contacts
- Experience with competitive intelligence tools beyond LinkedIn
- Track record of successful placements in startup environments
