About This Role

We need a leader who can translate the founder's vision into execution across every department. You'll manage cross-functional teams, drive multi-phase projects, hire and onboard new team members, run meeting cadences, handle escalations, and represent Solana Funded publicly on stages and community calls.

Think of this as the founder's right hand — you'll have broad authority and broad responsibility. If you thrive in fast-moving environments where no two days look the same, this is built for you.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage affiliate managers, outreach specialists, account managers, and freelancers
Drive multi-phase project execution across platform development, affiliate launch, and community
Translate the founder's vision into actionable plans with clear milestones and accountability
Source, screen, and onboard new hires across operations, growth, and support roles
Run weekly standups, monthly reviews, and quarterly planning sessions
Represent Solana Funded on Discord AMAs, community calls, and online stages
Handle disputes, fraud flags, affiliate complaints, and team conflicts decisively
Provide strategic input on pricing, partnerships, product direction, and competitive positioning

Requirements

Fluent in English — written and verbal (non-negotiable)
3+ years managing remote teams across multiple functions
Experience in crypto, DeFi, or Web3 companies
Comfortable speaking publicly — Discord stages, AMAs, Twitter Spaces, live calls
Strong hiring instincts — can identify and recruit high-performing talent
Willing to deeply learn Solana Funded inside and out within your first 2 weeks
Decisive under pressure — can make calls without waiting for permission
Proficient with project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana)

Nice to Have

Previous experience as COO, Head of Ops, or Chief of Staff at a startup
Experience in prop trading, funded accounts, or financial services
Based in Dubai or willing to travel for team meetups
Track record of scaling teams from 5 to 25+ people
